At the beginning of every farming season, we identify farmer communities to work with and visit their community leaders to get them acquainted with our plans to make agriculture more profitable for their farmers. Next, we collect key data using our AOS from eligible and interested farmers including name, location, gender, facial recognition etc. Then we group them into clusters per community, and assign a group leader to each one for better management, training, and development.
